We've always encouraged you mamas to set fitness goals. Run a marathon. Try a Zumba class. Do a Triathlon or a mud run.
But before you set that goal, just ask yourself WHY do you want to be fit?
Are you tired of feeling self conscious? Are you tired of not fitting into the clothes you want to wear?
Or could it be something bigger and more serious? Are you trying to avoid high blood pressure and/or diabetes?
Do this for all of the right reasons. Be beautiful and healthy on the inside as well as the outside. You only get ONE body so take good care of it.
At first glance, all you see are the visible changes in these photos- the physical changes. But what you can't see are the changes within me. This journey thus far has given me knowledge, courage, strength, confidence, & a pursuit in happiness I lost & never knew existed... My love for dance & my passion to help inspire, encourage, & empower other mamas out there! Every day is a blessing. It's a chance to start over, start fresh, start anew. Believe it and you CAN achieve it!
If there is anything we can do to support you mamas let us know! Even if it is just being your #1 cheerleader! We want everyone to know how fit and healthy feels like.
So go out and handle business TODAY on this beautiful Wednesday. Don't wait until Monday.
